During the last two and a half years, we have been working on the pilot episode for THE SEEKERS. Hopefully the show will gain some recognition this summer. During the many investigations over the last 30 or so months we have gathered an amazing amount of evidence of paranormal activity. From EVP's (Electro voice phenomena), to strange still photos. We have also been lucky enough to obtain some incredible video evidence as well. One particular piece of video evidence is especially powerful. We have had this video analyzed and authenticated. It is by far one of the most shocking ghost videos I have ever seen. I remember the first time I laid eyes on it. I was up one night, after an investigation, reviewing video footage when something weird caught my eye. I rewound the mini DV tape and looked again. There is was. The video, shot in the remains of the old Dahlonega jail in Dahlonega Georgia, revealed something moving really fast up the old wood stairs leaving the jail. When played in normal speed it's nothing more than a quick blur. I was actually lucky that I ever saw it. I watched it three or four times before deciding to slow down the video. I took it down about half speed and played it back. I will never forget it as long as I live. I absolutely could not believe what I was seeing. The blur moving up the stairs had suddenly turned into the shape of a human being actually walking up the stairs. The entity was accomanied by a strange orb of light that seemed to orbit around the ghostly figure. I watched it probably a hundred times completely in awe.
I immediately called my partner Bob and told him what I had discovered. Bob lives about eighty or so miles away so I made a small video file and emailed it to him. The slowed down version of course. It wasn't long before my cell phone rang. Bob was freaking out. "Oh my God" he said. "This could be the mother of all ghost videos".
Bob has been involved in paranormal investigations for over two decades. and he has seen it all. At least he thought he had seen it all. I must admit, the evidence is pretty awesome. We have been sitting on this video since November of 2006. We plan on including it in the first episode of "the Seekers" show, not the pilot. We do however have other amazing evidence in the pilot episode.
The pilot consists of investigations in Dahlonega Georgia, The Gaither Plantation in Covington Georgia, and a malevolent spirit case we investigated in Lithia Springs Georgia.
There is some really creepy evidence in the pilot episode. Strange demonic sounding EVP's from the malevolent case, video from the hall House in Dahlonega, and video from the Plantation in Covington.
